Aux Interactive (www.aux.com), a social media technology development company, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic project coordinator to serve as a liaison and advocate for clients and ensure high-quality and customer satisfaction across all accounts.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the various components necessary to initiating, running and delivering projects with internal and external parties
- Coordinating schedules, activities and milestones to ensure deadlines are met
- Work individual team leads to resolve schedule/resource conflicts
- Lead project teams to ensure deadlines are met and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of database and project management software.
- Monitor and track project status and progress and maintain steady communication with clients and internal resources and management
Qualifications
- At least 2 years interactive account management experience within an interactive agency or technology services company
- Skillful ability to negotiate contracts and manage client expectations
- Able to manage and deploy projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Expert organizational, analytical, planning, problem solving, written and verbal communication, and motivational skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Experience developing Internet projects required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Salary negotiable, commensurate with experience
