Aux Interactive (www.aux.com), a social media technology development company, is seeking a talented and energetic account manager to serve as a liaison and advocate for clients and ensure high-quality and customer satisfaction across all accounts.

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as a champion and trusted business consultant for clients
• Continuously build client relationships and manage client expectations throughout project and account life cycle
• Consult with individual team leads to resolve schedule/resource conflicts
• Lead project teams to ensure deadlines are met and within budget.
• Manage support contracts and issue tracking for clients.
• Provide direction across multiple disciplines including of Information Architecture, Graphic Design, Application Development and Client Service to provide exceptional client service and exceed clients' expectations by achieving on-time delivery of milestones, and manage solution scope relative to budget.
• Monitor and track project status and progress and maintain steady communication with clients and internal resources and management

Business Development

• Actively partake in business development activities leading to acquisition of new business and sources of revenue, both across horizontal and vertical solution offerings and value-added service consulting.
• Negotiate timelines, contracts and scope of work deliverables with clients based upon a deep understanding of internal resources and capabilities
• Determine and execute upon account and market goals with management team

Qualifications

• 3+ years interactive account management experience within an interactive agency or technology services company
• Skillful ability to negotiate contracts and manage client expectations
• Able to manage and deploy projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Expert organizational, analytical, planning, problem solving, written and verbal communication, and motivational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Experience developing Internet projects required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
